The Eastrail 177 Crash was a train derailment orchestrated by Elijah Price in his search to find his superhero counterpart.
Background[]
After a job interview in New York City, David Dunn is returning to Philadelphia on the Eastrail 177 train. A bomb Price placed on board explodes during the journey, causing a horrendous wreck that kills 131 out of 132 passengers.
Aftermath[]
David would wake up in a hospital, where he was greeted by Dr. Dubin. Dr. Dubin told David that not only is he the sole survivor, but he hasn't broken one bone or has a scratch on him.
Later David would find out that the train crash was caused by Price, after receiving a vision of him being the cause of three disastrous incidents a that were mentioned, including the train wreck.
